Quang Ninh honored with Prime Minister’s certificate of merit at National Achievement Exhibition On the evening of September 15, the closing ceremony of the National Achievement Exhibition “80 years of independence - freedom - happiness” was held at the National Exhibition and Fair Center in Dong Anh, Hanoi.
