Quang Ninh practically contributes to the goal of planting 1 billion trees On April 1, 2021, the Prime Minister approved the "1 Billion Trees Planting Program for the 2021–2025 Period," targeting 690 million scattered trees in urban and rural areas and 310 million trees in concentrated forests.
